My years as a semi-professional ballet dancer allowed me a seamless transition into the world of health & fitness. I became a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer right after college graduation and I also started the dance program at The Kirkland Arts Center in Clinton, NY.
I taught dance while working my way through nursing school and then embarked on my nursing career spanning 39 years. My last 18 years were spent in healthcare administration.
I have always gravitated toward holistic health and natural remedies despite being immersed in the medical world, and I stand by that today!
